At Robins Nest Community Preschool, we believe that every child deserves early childhood education. That’s why our preschool curriculum is designed to be engaging, fun, and developmentally appropriate for each age group, from toddlers to kindergarten. Our preschool staff are dedicated to providing the best educational experience possible, so that each child can reach their full potential. We offer a warm and welcoming environment where our pre-schoolers can learn and explore at their own pace, whilst also offering our advice on childcare funding.
What happens before I start preschool?

Induction session where you will spend time with the manager

You will spend time with your key person to get to know them and to let us know all about your child.

We will then book 2 stays and play sessions once we have all information logged

If you then need more sessions to help the transition, then this can be arranged
A safe and secure environment
We believe that as well as fantastic staff, the environment is the third educator. We provide a carefully planned classroom and outdoor area, formulated to the needs of the individual child. We provide open-ended ‘loose’ parts and real-life resources where the children can run with their thoughts and imaginations. When the day comes for them to leave, we strive to provide them with an excellent start on their educational journey with fantastic memories.

'My daughter has been attending Robins Nest for about a year and a half, I can honestly say hands down they are the best childcare provider in our area by far. All the staff are lovely, and you can really see how much they love working with the children. They promote healthy eating and encourage the children to share and learn about socialising, along with all the fun stuff like making play dough and having discos! My daughter loves attending and I love seeing the little drawings and gifts she makes me when I pick her up. Most importantly I always know that when I drop my daughter off she will be well looked after and cared for which is all a mum can ask for really! My daughter is due to go to school in September and I’ve got no doubt she is ready for it after her time with Robins Nest and I know we will really miss them!'
